Ordering a commission means you accept the following TOS
Workflow:
Once I receive your payment you will receive a message from me to talk about the commission details.
That way I can also sent you the sketch once it's ready for your approval.
I cannot promise how long your commission will take, but I will update you how far I've come or if there hasn't been progress for a while. Please tell me beforehand if the commission has a deadline.

Most important is that you approve the sketch of your commission and check for errors and tell me what you want to have changed since I won't do major changes afterwards like body poses or clothing. Please make sure you like the sketch, this artwork will be for you.
Later I can do changes such as color correction or other mistakes that were made from my side with the character's design or anatomy wise.
Refunding:
If I won't be able to do the commission and decline it for whatever reason you will receive your money back. I don't have to give you an explanation on why I cancel the commission.
In case you cancel your personalized commission the refund may vary, depending on how far I've completed the artwork which means you might not get a refund if the commission is almost completed.
Once you receive the complete commission you don't have the right to get a refund since it's a digital product.
Use of the Artwork:
I have the right to post your artwork on social media and even stream the process on Twitch. Tell me if you don't want your commission to be shown.
You may also post it, as long as you credit me properly which means my name has to be visible in the description (tag me if I'm on the social media site) and optional you can link my carrd
If you use my emotes on Twitch, there is also an Emote-Credit feature, very much appreciated if you use it!
The artwork you order cannot be used commercially unless discussed different.
Emotes and artworks are for personal use only, if you want to gift them to someone please tell me but you can give the commission away as a present as long as they won't get resold.
You do not claim the artwork as made by yourself.
Using my Artwork to sell them as NFTs is not allowed.
Do not use AI generators in any form with the commission.
You are not allowed to edit the commission, you may add it e.g. to panels or crop it for icons but do not change the artwork itself or remove my watermark.
